We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily activities in a custom manufacturing environment, including fabrication, controls, and systems.
Responsibilities include managing plant operations such as production, assembly, testing, and shipping; leading teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards; overseeing scheduling and workflow; driving continuous improvement; ensuring safety and quality compliance; collaborating with engineering and project teams; monitoring KPIs; troubleshooting issues; supporting employee development; and maintaining equipment and facilities.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in lean manufacturing and operations, with a background in industrial manufacturing, fabrication, or controls. Knowledge of welding, assembly, electrical controls, and automation is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
