Job Description

Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. Life in supply is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and unbelievably high quality standards.   • Direct and oversee Plant Operations (packaging and maintenance operations). 
  • Supervise workforce of salaried and hourly employees. 
  • Responsible for overall financial performance of the Operations department, including achievement of budget and other financial targets as well as accurate projections. 
  • Responsible for all packaging quality metrics. 
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. 
  • Department Head/Senior Management Team responsibilities and other activities; including coaching and development of Operations staff members. 
Job Qualifications
  • BS degree in Engineering or technical degree required. 
  • 5+ years experience in a brewery/plant operating department. 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a diverse group of employees for future opportunities. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, business acumen, financial and technical/problem solving skills. 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple customers and support groups to achieve a desired goal. 
  • Strategic planning capabilities 
  • In-depth knowledge of process support and maintenance engineering. 
  • Ability to extract, evaluate and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems, such as SAP, IMS, Brewery Data Warehouse, QI Analyst, etc. 
  • Ability to relocate within the system highly preferred.
