The Operations Quality Manager oversees and coordinates operational activities, ensuring contractual obligations are met through planning, supervision, budgeting, and vendor relations.
Responsibilities include developing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, inspecting materials, monitoring internal processes, managing service schedules, inspecting facilities, maintaining inventory, and investigating equipment improvements.
The role involves implementing policies, supporting budgets, participating in program planning, maintaining safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, acting as a liaison with stakeholders, conducting meetings, and supporting HR functions.
Qualifications include an A.A. Degree with 2+ years of experience or equivalent, safety certifications, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and computer skills are preferred. Some travel may be required.
