Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Procurement and Payables modules. P2P Process Knowledge: Understanding of the end-to-end P2P cycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Technical Skills: Familiarity with BIP reporting (for some roles), data migration, and integration testing. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. Oracle Cloud Certification: May be preferred or required.
