Here's how it works: HAUL-iday Pay: An extra .05 cents per LOADED miles during this time frame.
$10,000 Orientation Pay Week 1 - $1,500 Week 2 - $1,200 120 Day - $2,300 180 Day - $5,000 Dates of Eligibility: 1/1/2025 to 3/31/2025 CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy: Pay: Drivers average $70,000 - $75,000 Annually $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase an extra .05 cents per LOADED miles (1/1 - 3/31) OR Choose 27% of line haul Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years $1,200 and 2 years $1,300 Additional advantages: Orientation: Rental car or plane ticket (depending upon driver’s domicile) Single rooms Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provide Loyalty Pay 401(k) w/ employer match Top-of-the-line equipment Rider & Pet Policy Affordable medical, dental, prescription, & vision insurance Short-term disability, critical illness, & whole-term life insurance Paid vacation (vacation pay after 6 months) & paid holidays $1,500 Referral Bonus - paid out fast Montgomery makes sure your home time is MAXIMIZED Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours HOW DO WE KNOW?
