Role: Outside Sales Engineer


Responsible for driving business growth by building relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors. Utilizes HVAC product knowledge to develop opportunities, manage sales processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key duties include technical support, preparing proposals, managing projects, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The role aims to meet sales targets and support regional business development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years in HVAC sales, marketing, or design, with experience in relationship management and technical support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing multiple project stages and addressing application or delivery issues
