Job Details

What You’ll Need

  • Required: Prior experience selling corrugated packaging or similar packaging products
  • At least 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience in this industry
  • Proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts
  • Strong understanding of packaging solutions, box design, or related applications
  • Comfortable being on the road and meeting clients regularly
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license

What You’ll Be Doing

  • This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role where you’ll spend most of your time meeting clients face-to-face and helping them solve real business problems.

On a typical week, you will:

  • Prospect and win new business within your territory
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers and grow those accounts over time
  • Visit client sites to understand their packaging needs and recommend solutions
  • Present ideas, pricing, and proposals in a clear, consultative way
  • Manage your own pipeline, track opportunities, and stay organized
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered smoot
