Overnight Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports store operations by providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers, and handling tasks such as food prep, cash handling, and cleaning.

• Greet, assist, and thank customers while responding promptly to requests.
• Follow safety, security, and sanitation policies, including proper cash procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize supplies, and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Complete assigned tasks and mandatory training within set timelines.
• Must be at least 18, customer-focused, team-oriented, flexible, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a retail environment that may involve exposure to dust, extreme temperatures, and physical activity.
