We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products to our customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the packaging process, ensuring that our products are prepared for shipment with care and precision. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to excellence, we want to hear from you! 1st shift Monday-Friday 5am-2:30pm with some overtime.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently package products according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
