Mailroom / Package Operator – Join Our Production Team

Hagadone Media Group is looking for a dependable, energetic Mailroom / Package Operator to help bring our newspapers and commercial print products to life. You'll be the final step in the production process—making sure every edition and print job gets out on time, complete, and perfectly packaged.

What You'll Do

• Operate insertion equipment to assemble newspapers with inserts and supplements
• Set up and run strapping and palletizing machinery
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
• Label, sort, and organize products for delivery or postal processing
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Work closely with team members and managers to meet deadlines

Who You Are

• Previous experience in mailroom, packaging, or warehouse work is a plus
• Comfortable operating or learning mechanical equipment
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for long periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a team
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays as production needs
