This role involves operating and managing high-speed pharmaceutical packaging lines in compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, and safety standards. The candidate will

  • operate manual and automated equipment for assembly, filling, labeling, and packaging,
  • perform line set-ups, changeovers, and inspections,
  • maintain cleanrooms and equipment following GMP and 5S standards,
  • accurately complete documentation, and
  • collaborate with maintenance and team members to resolve issues and improve processes.

  • Responsibilities also include ensuring regulatory compliance with FDA, ISO, OSHA, and other standards, supporting environmental and safety initiatives. Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year experience in manufacturing (pharma preferred), GMP familiarity, and basic Microsoft Office and SAP skills. Skills needed are attention to detail, communication, manual dexterity, and physical ability to lift and stand for long periods. The role involves 50% equipment operation, 30% documentation, and 20% team collaboration, with shifts up to 12 hours.
