The Packaging Operator role involves operating a bagging machine to package animal feed accurately and safely, ensuring proper sealing, labeling, and weight compliance. Responsibilities include documentation, quality checks, and occasional lifting up to 50lbs onsite in Elizabethtown, PA.
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in packaging or similar environment
• Attention to detail in quality checks and verification processes
• Food Safety training/experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED
Working conditions are climate-controlled. Dress code includes long pants and a shirt; candidates must provide steel toe shoes, with PPE provided.
Shift is Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm, with potential longer shifts during peak season. Onboarding requires background, drug, and physical screening, but no lift, audiogram, or respirator tests.
