Title: Packaging Specialist Work schedule 2nd Shift: Monday - 1:00pm-11:30pm, Tuesday - Friday 2pm-11:30pm, Saturday - 12:00am-8:30pm Pay Rate: $16.00 - 18.31/hr on W2 Duration: 04/13/2026 to 10/13/2026 Work location & Type: Onsite (260 Logistics Ave. Jeffersonville, IN. 47130) Perks to this assignment: Climate controlled, Crossed trained at every workstation, 21 days of PTO upon conversion Screening Questions: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous pharmacy experience is a plus Able to select and lift objects from shelves and carry to order filling line. Able to consistently carry 20 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor. Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift. Basic math, reading and writing skills required. Job Duties / Requirements Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions directly to retail pharmacies and end-customer in a fast-paced semi-automated production environment. Ability to pack, sort, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and McKesson supported hardware and software. Able to read computer generated screens, select correct items for packing or sorting Also responsible for housekeeping, and other duties as assigned. May require mandatory overtime based on business need.
