As a Resource Teacher, you will collaborate with Lead and Assistant Teachers to implement engaging educational programs, support classroom activities, and adapt to students’ needs.
Key responsibilities include enhancing lesson plans, providing flexible classroom support, organizing materials, supervising children indoors and outdoors, fostering an inclusive environment, communicating with families, maintaining a clean and safe classroom, and assisting with daily routines.
Qualifications: High school diploma, empathy, strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and passing background checks.
