o Resource will work with the WHR Vendor Management team, within IT to support the renewal of several large scale telecomAgreements.
o Resource will also serve as a F/T resource for approximately 6 weeks to back fill an permanent resource who is on medical leave.
Essential Job Functions:
o Resource will review and edit (redline) new and renewal technology contracts including Master Service Agreements, Schedules, Amendments and Statements of Work, to ensure the documents conform to Client Hotels and Resorts standards.
o Technology areas include technology products and services; such as networking, hardware, storage, hardware, software, related services, managed / outsourced services and hosted services.
o Accreditation as a paralegal (or equivalent work experience)5+ years as a paralegal supporting technology sourcing
