A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will help us to maintain our high levels of service during the busy tax season.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Organizing Files
  • Managing Calendars and Appointments
  • Sort Mail
  • Staff Support
  • Greet Visitors & Assist Clients with Sign In
  • Answer Phones

You ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling.
