Responsibilities involve partnering with the GM to set goals, selling memberships and retail, exceeding sales targets, maintaining the facility, and training staff.
The role requires adaptability, leadership, teamwork, creativity, emotional intelligence, decision-making, time management, customer service, and negotiation skills. Experience or certifications in personal training, group fitness, spin, or yoga, as well as sales experience, are a plus.
Work hours are 20-30 per week, including weekends, with opportunities for growth in a supportive, community-driven environment.
