Seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to support store operations, sales, and team development.
Support achievement of sales goals, recruit and develop a passionate team, and promote products through social media and in-store initiatives.
Ensure operational excellence by managing shrink, payroll, and scheduling while collaborating with leadership and analyzing sales data to meet targets.
Merchandise creatively, execute promotions, and build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
Requirements include 1-2 years retail management experience, strong communication and operational skills, and the ability to handle fast-paced retail challenges.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; a degree is a plus.
Pay ranges from $18 to $20.70 per hour, depending on experience and location.
