Interacts with customers at the deli counter for fresh meats, cheeses, salads, and hot foods. Handles food safely, maintains cleanliness, and ensures product freshness. Responsibilities include icing, decorating, packaging, labeling, and pricing baked goods; taking customer orders; slicing and wrapping products; and monitoring food temperatures. Must follow sanitation procedures and operate equipment like slicers and fryers safely. Requires the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
