The Visitor Services Associate supports daily park operations by providing front-line customer service, assisting visitors, and handling reservations, transactions, and facility monitoring.
They serve as the main contact for visitors, vendors, volunteers, and program leaders, ensuring a positive guest experience.
This role involves opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, managing inventory, and supporting program setup.
Work is on-site at Memorial Park with shifts between 5:45 AM and 7:15 PM, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of customer service experience, familiarity with reservation systems, and a valid Texas driver’s license.
Physical demands include outdoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in various weather conditions.
Salary is $15/hour.
All staff must adhere to safety protocols and report hazards promptly.
