Partner or (Associate Partner) - Consumer Goods

Tasks:

1. Understands the US Consumer Products and Retail industry, companies, customers, partners, governments, and societies
2. Builds high performing consulting teams to solve large, complex challenges
3. Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating, and closing of proposals
4. Serves as primary point of contact for client executives
5. Supports decision makers when solving complex questions
6. Identifies project opportunities at various target clients/platforms/enablers/partners
7. Leads the problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements
8. Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members
9. Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations
10. Leads the collection, analysis, and interpretation of client and industry information
11. Provides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members
12. Enhances and trains Porsche Consulting concepts, methods, and tools for Consumer Products and Retail
13. Assists other Porsche Consulting offices when required/applicable
14. Provides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the Consumer Goods practice
15. Speaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences as a subject matter expert

Profile:

1. Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Engineering, Operations Strategy and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
2. Hands-on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the Consumer Products and Retail sector
3. High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
4. Minimum 9 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and Consumer Products and Retail corporations
5. Track record of success with consulting clients, preferably in the Consumer Products and Retail sector
6. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
7. Goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
8. Second language fluency in German, Spanish, or French a plus
9. Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
