Partner Support Coordinator II (Contractor)

Job Description:
Responsible for managing orders provided by contracted selling partners.
This includes, but is not limited to, receiving orders from sales, inputting them into the system and then seeing the orders through to completion.
May act as liaison between authorized selling partners and internal teams.
Must have the ability to manage high volume, great customer service skills and a team player.
Good communication, is self-motivated, has experience with data entry, has proven success in multi-tasking capabilities and has attention to detail.
Prefers telecom background, however, this is not a hard requirement.
Must be flexible in working hours.
Providing coordination & operational support to our in-house Talent Acquisition group.
The Specialist will work closely with leaders, HR, and compliance to provide a best-in-class experience to employees across the country.
Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using a case management system.
Provides quality support services of with a high degree of customer satisfaction,
expertise, and timeliness. This includes responding to candidate request and inquiries,
quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or
escalation, and communicating the resolution.
