If this is you, you don't want to miss out on this exciting opportunity! Our client is accepting applications to add Patient Access Coordinators to their growing team. This individual will be responsible for assisting patients with their inquiries and scheduling needs.

This is anIN OFFICEposition inFort Wayne, Indiana.

OVERVIEW:

  • Strong ability to manage routine, repetitive and data entry related tasks which support our customer experience
  • Report remedial activities as defined by customer contract
  • Handle basic tasks associated with customer service and administrative support.
  • Provide high levels of support to multiple Customer Advocates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide customer service support for all levels of internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Time management and organizational skills with emphasis on detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a positive attitude.
  • Needs to demonstrate excellent customer service and problem resolution skills.
  • Must be assertive, persistent, organized, and good on follow-up.
  • Able to handle routine and repetitive tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in interacting with all levels within an organization.
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Highly dependable, team oriented and self-directed.
