Part-time Patient Services Representative position in Appleton, WI, with occasional coverage in Green Bay and Plover.
As the welcoming face of the clinic, you'll greet patients, check them in using EHR systems, coordinate sleep study devices, review schedules, and manage appointments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Responsibilities include answering calls, supporting clinic operations, processing payments, ordering supplies, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year healthcare experience, strong multitasking skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A valid driver license is required.
