Seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative in Dallas, TX to support outpatient medical imaging services.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm.
Responsibilities include scheduling patients, verifying insurance, checking in/out patients, answering calls, providing billing info, and managing patient records.
Requirements: 1-4 years in a medical office or hospital, experience with authorizations and insurance verification preferred, strong customer service and computer skills, ability to handle high patient volume, and multitasking ability.
