Seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative for a busy specialty clinic in Southeast Houston (77058). This contract role pays $20-$24/hour, based on experience, and offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k. The position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities include managing front desk operations such as patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and registration for a high-volume environment (140-180 patients daily). Candidates should have front desk experience in a fast-paced medical setting, familiarity with EMR systems (preferably Epic), strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
