The Patient Service Representative III supports Student Health Services by managing insurance coordination, referrals, waiver processing, front desk operations, scheduling, and student outreach.
They assist students in navigating the UC SHIP insurance program, ensuring access to comprehensive healthcare services while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and FERPA.
This role may provide backup support to Counseling and Psychological Services and SWIFT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

The salary range is $61,282.80 - $87,821.28 annually, with an expected pay up to $67,191.84. Applicants must have current work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
