Patient Service Representative
JOB SUMMARY
Oversee administrative duties, manage patient check-in/out, and ensure smooth patient flow.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Provide a courteous environment and effective communication
- Update patient demographics, verify insurance, and schedule appointments
- Collect payments, post charges, and scan documents
- Monitor schedules, assist patients, and operate office equipment
- Answer calls, provide records, and contribute to positive front desk operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent; one-year preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Customer-friendly, good communication, computer literacy, multi-tasking, and ability to work under stress. Bilingual skills a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions. Vision and dexterity skills required.
