They verify documentation, confirm exam preparations, and communicate with physicians for missing information. Additionally, they handle daily deposit reconciliation, collect payments, and maintain accurate electronic records.
The role includes supporting daily operations such as scheduling, answering phones, and assisting team members, while guiding new staff and promoting workflow efficiency.
Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year of medical office experience, and proficiency in registration, insurance verification, and documentation processes. Strong communication, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
This full-time, on-site position is scheduled weekdays from 8:30AM to 5:30PM in Riverview.
