Job Summary: Join our team for a full-time role with core hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Hourly rate is $39.04. Relocation assistance available for ideal candidates. Base salary range is $81,203. Key Responsibilities: Plan, layout, and perform complex hand finishing on rough castings for patterns, core boxes, and permanent molds. Fabricate patterns, core boxes, and molds using various materials. Layout, align, and fasten split sections to create plates or cope and drag plates. Establish dimensions and make allowances for draft, shrinkage, and finish. Set up and operate machine tools, including conventional and CNC machines, while devising custom tooling. Program CNC machinery using SolidWorks and MasterCam. Perform intricate hand operations like fitting, polishing, and scraping. Check work to tolerances, create templates, and detect print errors. Conduct Total Productive Maintenance including cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening bolts. Required Qualifications: 4+ years Journeyman-level metal pattern making experience or Journeyman license. High school diploma or GED. Experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC machinery. Proficiency with SolidWorks and MasterCam. Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
