Job Summary
Greets employees, answers calls routed to the payroll department, directs calls, answers questions and/or triages tickets as needed. Assists with other functions such as but not limited to: ordering office supplies, mail sorting and distribution,
general office duties, and other daily functions as needed.

Pay Range:

$18.87 - $24.31/hr

Minimum Experience Requirements
1 year of customer service experience.
Knowledge of governmental regulations, legal compliance related to compensation, benefits, pension and general
employment law. Strong customer service experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and good time management skills.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use various software programs (HRIS, Timekeeping, MS Word/Excel, CRM tool) Healthcare experience, preferred.
