Operate dispensing and coating machines to meet customer specifications, including masking circuit boards and inspecting coatings for quality.
• Maintain and clean machines, change fluids, and perform manual touch-ups for consistent high-quality coatings.
• Transport circuit boards between processes and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Replenish chemicals, prepare and apply potting, bonding, and coating compounds, lubricants, and insulations.
• Perform encapsulation of assemblies and support finishing processes.
• Complete required training and adapt tasks based on production needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment through housekeeping duties.
• Knowledge of materials used is essential.
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4/10 shift.
