Personal Injury Trial Attorney

Our client, a fast-growing and highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in North Carolina, is seeking a seasoned trial attorney to join their litigation team. This is a key role for an attorney with a proven record of success in the courtroom who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of a litigation caseload, driving cases from inception through trial. You'll be responsible for crafting persuasive legal arguments, managing complex discovery, leading depositions, and delivering compelling courtroom presentations. Your expertise will directly shape the firm's success and help secure justice for injury victims.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated trial experience with at least Ten cases taken to verdict

  • Strong background in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)

  • Hands-on experience drafting motions, handling hearings, and preparing for trial

  • Confident conducting and defending depositions

  • Familiarity with state and local court procedures in North Carolina

  • Licensed to practice in North Carolina; South Carolina admission a plus

  • Excellent communication, legal research, and writing skills

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
