Full Job Description:

Longevity & Performance Institute (LPI Physical Therapy) is a privately-owned, cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic in Arcadia, CA.  We specialize in treating active adults (18-60 years old) with chronic injuries who have seen multiple practitioners (PCP/orthopedist/chiropractors/other PTs) and are still in pain.  We pride ourselves in our thorough evaluation process, accurate diagnostics, and subsequent treatment.  Our clinic focuses mainly on sports and orthopedic rehabilitation for adults, though we also treat a handful of pediatric athletes.  No Medicare.  All sessions are 1-on-1, 60-minutes long.  No aides, no assistants.

We are looking for an extremely skilled physical therapist with strong interpersonal skills, great manual skills, excellent clinical reasoning, and an understanding of how to apply DNS/PRI/FRC ideologies.  Certifications preferred, but not mandatory.  If you are driven, great with people, and dedicated to improving the lives of your patients, then please apply. Transition into a full-time position may be available depending on performance and clinic expansion.  In-network practices where you see 16+ patients a day are not sustainable for either the clinic or the practitioner.  Join a team whose vision is to help disrupt the normal healthcare model by providing the highest quality of physical therapy care to its clients – both in-person and online – and where work-life balance is encouraged.  We are not running a PT-mill here; we’re setting an example for what physical therapy should be.
