Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time) - Crowne of Thomasville

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering therapy using various techniques while respecting patient dignity and privacy.
• Motivating patients to engage in their treatment plans.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team discussions to assess patient needs and care plans.
• Documenting patient progress accurately and timely to support treatment plans.

• Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Valid state license and at least one year of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Apple devices is a plus.
