Physical Therapist (Full-Time - PT) - Athens Health & Rehab

Job Summary:

The role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients while supervising therapy assistants. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering therapy based on physician's care plans.
• Assessing patients' therapeutic and functional status.
• Instructing patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and equipment.
• Participating in discharge planning and case conferences.
• Maintaining communication with healthcare team members.
• Supervising therapy assistants in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license and two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer use and technology.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• CPR certification required for outpatient positions.
