Physical Therapist (Full-Time - PT) - Luverne Nursing Home (Floater).

This float position will cover the Luverne and Andalusia facilities, offering a flexible schedule with one weekend rotation per month.

General Purpose: Provide high-quality therapy services to patients while supervising therapy assistants, adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver physical therapy services per physician's plan of care.
• Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic and functional status.
• Direct treatment and instruct patients and caregivers on therapeutic appliances.
• Participate in discharge planning and maintain communication with care teams.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and adhere to company policies.

• Qualifications:

• Degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license and two years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle required.
• Active AHA CPR certification for outpatient positions.
