Critical Care/Pulmonologist to join a growing team of physicians and advanced level providers in Alaska.

A Level II Trauma center, the highest trauma designation in Alaska, represents more than 30 medical specialties and serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the state. Our breadth of pathology, cohesive team and breathtaking geography make this a one-of-a-kind practice opportunity!

Our team provides 24/7 adult inpatient coverage in our state-of-the-art, 22 bed Critical Care Unit (CCU) in combination with outpatient clinic, inpatient consults and procedures. You will directly manage the majority of care in a supportive environment with a focus on quality care and the opportunity to spend time interacting with patients and families.

Work Schedule: Monday through Sunday; 1 week on/1 week off; self-scheduling; rotating between providing CCU coverage and managing patients in our Pulmonary Medicine Clinic; approximately 25% night shifts.

Qualifications: Completion of an ACGME/AOA accredited fellowship in Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine; BC/BE in Critical Care and Pulmonary Medicine.
