Seeking a Plater Trainee for 1st shift (6:00am-2:30pm, Mon-Fri) to support metal finishing operations.
Responsibilities include unpacking, inspecting, preparing parts, cycling parts between tanks, drying, transporting, and packing. Trainees learn plating techniques, chemical and electrical processes, and progress through levels of finishing skills.
Must follow safety protocols, complete training, accurately record time, interpret blueprints, and identify quality issues.
Qualifications include basic math, computer skills, clear communication, a high school diploma or GED, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Pre-employment screening required.
