The position requires excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of three years' experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is needed, with a high school diploma or GED required and a bachelor's degree preferred. Must be at least 21 years old.
