Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Construction Foreman position include:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
- Bilingual in Spanish required; must possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Must have OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Own tools and reliable transportation to job sites required
- Supervise a team of 5 plumbers on commercial and government new construction and tenant improvement projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, manage schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades
- Ensure quality control and compliance with all safety standards and plumbing codes
- Occasional night or weekend work may be required depending on project scope
Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
