We are seeking an experienced Logistic Supervisor for a food distribution warehouse in Stockton, CA, to oversee daily dispatch operations on the PM shift.
- Provide supervision, coordinate workflow, and manage dispatch staff while ensuring accuracy in TMW TruckMate system entries.
- Handle emergency and non-emergency requests, dispatch units, and maintain communication with carriers, management, and customers.
- Cover open shifts as needed, support department functions, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Require flexibility for graveyard hours, weekends, and holidays, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in TMS software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis is essential. Knowledge of DOT regulations and warehouse environment is preferred.
