The Snack Bar Server provides friendly, efficient service to members and guests, assisting with beverage and light lunch preparations and maintaining sanitation of equipment.
- Be visible and available for guests, monitoring their needs for timely service.
- Answer questions, recommend items, and take orders at the snack bar and poolside.
- Mix and serve drinks per approved recipes, checking IDs for underage guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, ensure order accuracy, and process charges to member accounts.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area and snack bar, perform cleanup and closing duties, and record tips daily.
- Requisition supplies, thank guests, and promote return visits.
- Follow laws and policies regarding alcohol service and address guest concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements include knowledge of restaurant operations, strong communication skills, at least 2 years of food & beverage experience in fine dining preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
