The Biomedical Data Mining Lab in the Department of Radiology is seeking a postdoctoral researcher to develop novel data mining algorithms for neuroimaging, genetic, and clinical data related to brain disorders such as Parkinson's disease.
Candidates should have expertise in data mining, medical image analysis, programming, and Unix/Linux, with responsibilities including data management and collaborative research.
Qualifications: PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with biomedical data analysis focus. Experience in developing data mining algorithms, MR image analysis, and proficiency with FSL, SPM, AFNI, C/C, and Unix/Linux shell programming preferred.
