A day in the life

As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll run precision machining equipment dedicated to high‑purity metals and advanced materials. You’ll rotate between machines based on production needs and help keep the line moving smoothly.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, or grinders depending on production needs)
• Load raw materials and verify correct tooling and fixtures
• Perform in‑process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
• Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and part quality
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running smoothly
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with leads, technicians, and team members to meet daily production goals

What you bring

• Previous CNC or machine‑operation experience preferred
• Ability to read basic work instructions, measurements, and production documentation
