A day in the life
As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll run precision machining equipment dedicated to high‑purity metals and advanced materials. You’ll rotate between machines based on production needs and help keep the line moving smoothly.
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, or grinders depending on production needs)
- Load raw materials and verify correct tooling and fixtures
- Perform in‑process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools
- Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and part quality
- Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production running smoothly
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with leads, technicians, and team members to meet daily production goals
What you bring
