Seeking a Seasonal Full-Time PreK Teacher, Level 1 in Reading, PA, with a salary range of $19.42 to $28.69 hourly.
- Collaborate with the Early Childhood Education Coordinator to develop and implement developmentally appropriate classroom activities aligned with PA Early Learning Standards.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and engaging environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
- Complete child assessments, documentation, and reports within mandated timelines.
- Conduct home visits and parent conferences to review progress and incorporate family input.
- Develop individualized activities and support children with special needs, adhering to policies and regulations.
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and maintain confidentiality and child safety policies.
- Assist with center maintenance and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, PA ECE certification, 2+ years of experience, and valid transportation. Bilingual skills preferred. Must meet health and background clearance requirements.
Working conditions involve flexible hours, travel, outdoor work, and physical activity including lifting up to 60 pounds.
