Brick Oven is seeking a Prep Cook that can handle coming in at 8 AM and Prep food items for the Kitchen Department. Previous food preparation experience preferred but not required
Qualifications and Skills:
• 18 years old or older to use certain kitchen equipment.
• Be able to lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Keep area clean and organized
• Help with prep before service
The Prep cook will work on all of the food prep items for the kitchen department between 8 AM and 12 PM, after the prep is completed or 12 PM the prep cook will focus on cleaning the prep areas.JB.0.00.LN
