We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our team, focusing on fresh pasta, dry-aged steaks, and vegetarian/vegan options.
- Manage food quality and assist with all food preparation.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, monitor food logs, and handle food storage correctly using FIFO method.
- Check deliveries for spoilage, assist with cleaning, and complete prep tasks efficiently.
- Must have a Food Handler Safety Card, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot environment.
- Must be 18+, flexible with schedule, including weekends and holidays, and a team player with a positive attitude.
