Prep Cook

We are seeking an experienced Prep Cook to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality and safe food for guests.
Responsibilities include inspecting and cleaning prep areas, managing food freshness through proper rotation, tasting and seasoning dishes, and communicating with staff about prep priorities.
Additional duties involve checking deliveries, assisting with inventory and ordering, and maintaining an organized, sanitary workspace.

• Previous prep cook experience preferred
• Attention to detail and teachability
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
