Prep Cooks are responsible for preparing a variety of food items including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and more, following daily prep lists and using various equipment and utensils. Their goal is to enhance the dining experience, foster customer loyalty, and support business growth.
Requirements include:
- Kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant hospitality with a service-minded attitude.
- Food Safety certification as required by law.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reasonable hearing ability for safety and communication.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
